iNDiViDUALS is a high-end, Dutch womenswear brand. The brand is a platform for fashion creativity, managed by third and fourth year students, allowing them to experience the demand of the fashion industry. It provides them with an unmatched experience for future endeavors post-graduation.


The brand is a collective of creative minds changing with every season. This creates a continuing narrative, responding to the evolving Zeitgeist. All tasks and responsibilities are covered by the design, management and branding departments. Fusing these three departments makes for the successful formula that is iNDiViDUALS.


Responsibilities as Process Manager within iNDiViDUALS:


• Capturing the corporate and collection story
• Strong focus on the iNDiViDUALS brand heritage and brand values in all executions
• Developing the short-term seasonal goals and branding strategy within iNDiViDUALS
• Improving the long-term branding process
• Keeping overview and track on all running projects within the branding department
• Communication towards the different departments within the company and the coaches.
